Deposit Policy

Euphoria Retreat requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. A non-refundable 25 per cent deposit is taken at booking; the balance is due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 48 hours before arrival will forfeit the non-refundable 25 per cent deposit; cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged in full.

Each of these 35-49sq m rooms is modern and minimalist in design, but nods to Mystras’ Byzantine heritage with its rich fabrics and colour scheme. Each has a hardwood or marble floor, a king-size bed (twins are available on request), an elegant seating area and an ensuite bathroom with a curved walk-in shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead onto a private terrace, which has views of the village or surrounding forest. Superior Deluxe rooms also have free WiFi; an HD TV; a minibar stocked with healthy snacks and drinks; tea-making kit; a yoga mat and Signature Euphoria bath products.
