Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Peak Season bookings (27 Dec - 3 Jan): at the time of reservation a 100% non refundable deposit for all accommodation will be required to confirm the reservation. Amending dates is not permitted and any additional nights required will be charged at new reservation rates. Any dates no longer required are subject to full cancellation fee.
