Deposit Policy

Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays from 22 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, a 50 per cent deposit of the total stay is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For all stays, cancellations made before 21 of arrival will be refunded. For those made within 20 days of arrival, cancellations will be charged in full.

Designed in classic Australian Federation style from simple wood and stone, Wolgan Valley's 36 one-bedroom Heritage Villas are ideal for couples or single guests. Each 83-square metre villa comes with secluded valley views and its own private pool running parallel to the lounge, with a deck flanked by native plants and a spacious verandah. Inside, a central double-sided sandstone fireplace divides the bedroom (and its comfy king-size bed) from the living area, and a luxe ensuite features twin sinks, a separate shower and a bath. Warm, earth tones and neutral linens add to the natural, peaceful modern-rustic feel, as does locally crafted wooden furniture. Sleeps a maximum of two.

Built in classic Queen Anne style, in wood and stone, this 83sq m one-bedroom villa has a sprawling, pavilion-shaded strip of private temperature-controlled pool along one side and a decked veranda with views of surrounding Wolgan Valley. Decorated in warm, earthy tones and furnished with pieces crafted by local carpenters, the villa has a double-sided fireplace separating a living room (with a double sofabed for up to two children) and bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite with a separate bath tub and shower. The villa has a dressing room, free WiFi, an LCD TV and DVD player, sound system, iPod dock, laundry service on request and Sodashi and Ikou bath products. Binoculars and a pair of mountain bikes are included for exploring the wild surrounds.
