Deposit Policy

20% (including tax) will be taken at the time of booking. The balance (including tax) will be taken 42 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival will be charged 20 per cent of the total stay; those made between 30 and eight days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total, and those made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. No-shows and early departures will also be charged in full.

The three upstairs bedrooms, which can be made up with twins or king-sized beds, also have private terraces; the study can be made up as a fourth bedroom (ideal for two young children, one older child or a nanny). Each ensuite bathroom has heated floors, an infinity mirror, separate tub and rainfall shower; the master bathroom has sea views with glass windows to create the illusion of showering in the ocean.
