Deposit Policy

Elix requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost will be charged on the day of booking. The remainder 70% of the total amount of your reservation will be paid at any time between 6 to 0 days prior to your arrival or at check-in time.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before 12:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 30 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 6 days before 12:00 on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 90 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a charge in full.
