Deposit Policy

East Winds requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For bookings between 21 December and 4 January, the balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival. For bookings in February and March, the balance is due 21 days before arrival. At all other times, the balance of payment is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 22 days before arrival will incur a charge of 3 nights. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
