For flexible rate bookings in low and middle season (1 April to 25 May 2023 and 24th September to 31 October 2023), cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before arrival; those made within 14 days will be charged in full. For flexible rate bookings in high season (26 May to 23 September 2023), cancellations are free of charge up to 22 days before arrival; those made within 21 days will be charged in full. For early rate bookings in low and middle season (1 April to 25 May 2023 and 24th September to 31 October 2023), cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival will be charged the 25 per cent deposit fee; those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. For early rate bookings in high season (26 May to 23 September 2023), cancellations made more than 22 days before arrival will be charged the 25 per cent deposit fee; those made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, early departures and no-shows will be charged in full.
