Deposit Policy

Eagles Palace requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For best available rate and standard rate bookings a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. For stays on these rates between 7 April to 22 June 2023 and 4 September to 31 October 2023, the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival. For stays on these rates between 23 June to 3 September 2023, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. Stays on the non-refundable rate will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent.
