Deposit Policy

Eagles Palace requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For bookings in low and middle season (22 April 2022 to 26 May 2022 and 19 September 2022 to 31 October 2022), the balance will be taken upon check-in. For bookings in high season (27 May 2022 to 18 September 2022), the balance will be taken seven days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings in low and middle season (22 April 2022 to 26 May 2022 and 19 September 2022 to 31 October 2022) cancellations can be made free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. For bookings in high season (27 May 2022 to 18 September 2022) cancellations can be made free of charge up to 22 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
