Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Domes Noruz Mykonos requires a further deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. 30% of booking total is required at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge of 30 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
