Dexamenes Seaside Hotel requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due . For stays in season one (18 April 2022 to 15 May 2022 and 26 September 2022 to 10 October 2022) this is due within seven days of arrival. For stays in season two (16 May 2022 to 5 June 2022 and 12 September 2022 to 25 September 2022) this is due within 14 days of arrival. For stays in season three (6 June 2022 to 11 September 2022) this is due within 21 days of arrival.
For stays in season one (18 April 2022 to 15 May 2022 and 26 September 2022 to 10 October 2022) cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged 50 percent of the total stay. For stays in season two (16 May 2022 to 5 June 2022 and 12 September 2022 to 25 September 2022) cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged i50 percent of the total stay. For stays in season three (6 June 2022 to 11 September 2022) cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged 50 percent of the total stay. At all times no-shows will be charged in full.
