Deposit Policy

Constance Lemuria requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. For all bookings, a 50 percent deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at check-in. Bookings on the Constance Early Booking Rate (BB or Half Board) and Constance Seasonal Offers (BB or Half Board) must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival and for a minimum of three nights.

Cancellation Policy

For Constance Best Rate (BB or Half Board) bookings during 16 August 2022 to 22 December 2022 and 7 January 2023 to 22 December 2023, cancellations can be made free of charge up to seven days before arrival; those made within seven days will be charged 50 per cent of the stay. For stays on these rates during peak season (23 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 and 23 December 2023 to 6 January 2024), cancellations can be made free of charge up to 31 days before arrival; those made within 31 days will be charged 50 per cent of the stay. At all times, no-shows will be charged in full. For Constance Early Booking Rate (BB or Half Board) bookings and Constance Seasonal Offers (BB or Half Board) bookings, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 31 days before arrival; those made later will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay. No-shows will be charged in full.
