Deposit Policy

Constance Halaveli requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. A 50% deposit is charged upon confirmation and the remaining 50% is charged on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings made on the Seasonal Offer and Advance Purchase Rate can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; cancellations made within 30 days will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full. Bookings made on the Best Available Rate for stays between now and 22 December 2022 and 7 January 2023 to 22 December 2023 can cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival; cancellations made within seven days will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full. Bookings made on the Best Available Rate for stays between 23 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 and 23 December 2023 to 6 January 2024 can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; cancellations made within 30 days will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full. Seaplane transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to one day before scheduled travel time; cancellations made after this date will be charged for a one way journey.
