Deposit Policy

Constance Halaveli requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. A 50% deposit is charged upon confirmation and the remaining 50% is charged on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 July to 22 December 2022 cancellations made from one to seven days before arrival will be charged for 50 per cent of the total stay; after this time cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. If guests are staying on an offer rate from 1 May to 22 December 2022 cancellations and amendments made one to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay; after this time cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. And for stays from 23 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 cancellations and amendments made one to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50 per cent of the total stay; after this time cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. Seaplane transfer can be cancelled free of charge up to one day before scheduled travel time; cancellations made after this date will be charged for a one way journey.
