Deposit Policy

For Concerto Suite and Penthouse Suite bookings a non-refundable pre-payment of one night is required for all bookings made at least seven days before arrival. Cancellations will be charged an additional night for every day before arrival – for example cancellations made six days before arrival will be charged the first two nights; cancellations made five days before arrival will be charged three nights and so on potentially up to the full amount of the booking.
