Deposit Policy

Como Parrot Cay requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. 50% deposit due 14 days prior to arrival with remainder due on arrival. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days any deposit paid will be forfeited. For stays from 16 December to 6 January, a deposit of one night is required at the time of booking. A further 25% deposit will be required by 1 October, and a further 25% deposit will be required by 1 November. The remaining balance is due by 1 December. Should you need to cancel, any deposit amount paid will be forfeited. No show and early departure subject to 100% of total room reserved plus tax and service charge. The hotel requires a credit card for authorisation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted 14 days prior to arrival date by noon. 50% deposit due 14 days prior to arrival with remainder due on arrival. If reservation is cancelled within 14 days any deposit paid will be forfeited. For bookings from 16 December to 5 January, a one night non refundable deposit will be required to confirm. Any cancellations made after 1 October will incur a charge of 25%, plus one night's deposit. Any cancellations made after 1 November will incur a charge of 50%, plus one night's deposit. Any no shows or early departures will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total, plus service charge. All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed received by the hotel or its representative. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged accordingly.
