Deposit Policy

Como Laucala Island requires a deposit of USD 0, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival, and is non-refundable. Stays made less than a month before check-in need to be paid in full on booking. For stays during the festive season (20 December to 8 January), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days before arrival. Bookings made within 90 days of the arrival date will be required to pay in full.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking for free up to three months before arrival. Cancellations after this time can be converted into credits and used for future bookings (must be used within 12 months).
