Cielo Villas requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 75 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
