Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking. Full non-refundable prepayment is required four days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 6 January to 20 December 2023 and 6 January to 20 December 2024, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 21 December 2023 and 5 January 2024, cancellations are free up to 90 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

Each tent has a private veranda with prime views of the reservoir. Indoors, there’s a king-size bed, local furnishings, and an ensuite granite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Sixteen tents are set on the dam overlooking the reservoir and each tent faces east for sunset views. There’s a desk and free bottled water in each tent.

This luxurious tent sleeps up to four: two adults in a king-size bed and two kids in two single beds in an interconnecting tent. There’s a private shaded veranda with views of the natural surroundings, and indoors there are locally made furnishings, purified water and an ensuite granite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
