Deposit Policy
Chablé Yucatán requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
A 50 per cent deposit is taken at booking; except for non-refundable bookings and stays over the Christmas period (20 December-3 January) in which case full payment is required at booking.
The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival in high season (4 January-30 April and 1 November-20 December) and up to seven days before stay in low season (1 May-31 October).
Cancellation Policy
For stays in high season (4 January-30 April and 1 November-20 December) cancellations must be made 15 days before arrival.
In low season (1 May-31 October) cancellations must be made seven days before arrival.
For stays during the Christmas period (20 December-3 January), free cancellations can be made prior to 26 September. If cancelling W]within 90 days prior to arrival date, the reservation is not refundable.
