Deposit Policy
Chablé Yucatán requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
A 50 per cent deposit is taken at booking; except for non-refundable bookings and stays over the Christmas period (20 December-3 January) in which case full payment is required at booking.
The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival in high season (4 January-30 April and 1 November-20 December) and up to seven days before stay in low season (1 May-31 October).
Cancellation Policy
For stays 26 February - 30 April, cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the booking total. For stays 1 May - 20 Dec, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 50% of the booking total. For stays 21 Dec - 3 Jan, cancellations made within 90 days of arrival, will incur a penalty of 100% of the booking total.
