Treetop Pool Villa

  • 2guests
Honeymooners and loved-up beach bums barely need to leave these 107sq m hideaways, crafted from locally quarried rock and marble and tropical wood. Sheltered amid jungly surrounds, there’s little need to don a bikini for the pool (or the two-person, indoor-outdoor rain shower). There’s a bouncy king-size bed with green views through glazed-window walls, and all villas have an iPad, TV, tea- and coffee-making kit, minibar and air-conditioning.

Treetop Double Pool Villa

  • 2guests
Crafted from stone and marble (from Xucun and La Galarza) and tropical wood, and decorated with local touches (Ayotzinapa palm weavings, hand-carved rock washbasins), these 107sq m villas are sizeable havens surrounded by jungle. There’s one bedroom with two queen-size beds and the glazed walls throughout add to the villa’s outdoor-indoor design – as does the partially open-to-the-elements two-person rain shower. Each villa has its own private pool and terrace, and an iPad, TV, tea- and coffee-making kit, minibar and air-conditioning. These villas can be connected on request and up to two under-12s (US$75 a night, for each child) or one extra adult (US$150 a night) can sleep in the existing beds.

Serenity Pool Villa

Spacious, light and modern, these secluded 112sq m villas have been built using traditional materials – such as locally quarried marble and stone – and decorated with village handicrafts. Each has a private pool and terrace, shaded from view by the surrounding jungle, and there’s an indoor-outdoor bathroom with a double rainfall shower. Glazed walls let you enjoy the greenery from your soft king-size bed, and each villa has an iPad (with in-room controls), TV, tea- and coffee-making kit, minibar and air-conditioning.

Three Bedroom Presidential Villa

  • 5guests
These two 540sq m luxurious residences each have three bedrooms (two with a king-size bed each, one with two queen-size beds) and sleep six guests, making them ideal for families and groups. There’s a living room indoors, and outside there’s a sizeable private pool, terrace, alfresco dining sala and lounging area. In each ensuite bathroom, you’ll find indoor-outdoor double rain showers, and there are also bath tubs in the bedrooms. Each villa has an iPad, TV, tea- and coffee-making kit, minibar and air-conditioning, and these are the only villas with views of the sea. Up to two under-12s can stay in the existing beds (US$75 a night, for each child).
