Ceylon Tea Trails requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between 9 March to 19 December 2023, full prepayment is due 14 days before arrival. For stays between 20 December 2023 to 10 January 2024, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. For stays between 11 January to 30 April 2024, a 30% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
For stays between 9 March to 19 December 2023, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made between 14 and seven days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay and those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 20 December 2023 to 10 January 2024, cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival will be charged the 30% deposit; those made between 45 and 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay and those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 11 January to 30 April 2024, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total stay; those made between 14 and seven days before arrival will be charged 50% and those made later will be charged in full.
