Deposit Policy

Ceylon Tea Trails requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between 9 March to 19 December 2023, full prepayment is due 14 days before arrival. For stays between 20 December 2023 to 10 January 2024, a 30% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. For stays from 11 January to 23 December 2024 and 6 January to 30 April 2025, a 30% deposit is required 30 days before arrival; the full balance is due 14 days before arrival. For stays from 24 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required 60 days before arrival; the full balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 9 March to 19 December 2023, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made between 14 and seven days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay and those made later will be charged in full. For stays between 20 December 2023 to 10 January 2024, cancellations made between 45 and 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay and those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 11 January to 23 December 2024 and 6 January to 30 April 2025, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the total stay; those made between 14 and seven days before arrival will be charged 50% and those made later will be charged in full. For stays from 24 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay; those made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
