Deposit Policy

Cascioni Eco Retreat requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. A 30 per cent deposit is required on booking; the remaining balance is due on check-in at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 30 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 20 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 1 day before arrival will incur a charge in full. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 6 days before arrival will incur a charge of 70 percent.
