Deposit Policy

Casa Chameleon Las Catalinas requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during January 6-April 30 & May 1-December 30, 1 night deposit due to confirm a booking & the balance payment is due prior to 30 days of arrival. For stays during Peak Season, December 21-January 5, 1 night deposit due to confirm a booking & the balance payment is due prior to 45 days of arrival. If a card is declined, one must be provided in 48 hours or the reservation will be cancelled and any deposits made will not be refunded as they will be inside cancellation policies. The deposit is refundable (minus a $40 administration fee) if a cancellation is made before the full balance is due.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during January 6-April 30 & May 1-December 30, you may cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival, and your 1 night deposit will be refunded, less a $40 Admin Fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, will result in forfeiture of the entire stay. For stays during Peak Season, December 21-January 5, you may cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to arrival, and your 1 night deposit will be refunded, less a $40 Admin Fee. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival, will result in forfeiture of the entire stay.
