Deposit Policy

Capella Sydney requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. The one-night deposit only applies to stays in the hotel’s prestige suites (Macquarie, Liberty, Farrer and Capella) and is non-refundable from the moment it is taken. Stays over the new year (28 December to 1 January) must be paid in full by 1 October and cannot be refunded or amended.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made for free up until 6pm local time one day before arrival; those made later will be charged for one night, plus tax. For stays in the hotel’s prestige suites (Macquarie, Liberty, Farrer and Capella), a non-refundable one-night deposit must be paid when booking. Stays over the new year (28 December to 1 January) are non-refundable from 1 October.
