Cap Karoso requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during high and peak season (1 April to 30 September and 21 December to 7 January), a 50% deposit is due at the time fo booking; the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For stays during low season (8 January to 31 March and 1 October to 20 December), a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during low season (8 January to 31 March and 1 October to 20 December), you can cancel for free up to 15 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high and peak season (1 April to 30 September and 21 December to 7 January), you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
