Deposit Policy

Cap Karoso requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays from 8 January to 24 July and 26 August to 20 December, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. For stays from 25 July to 25 August and 21 December to 7 January, the full amount is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up to 60 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days will be charged in full.
