Deposit Policy
Borgo Santo Pietro requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays in 2020, 50 per cent of the total stay will be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. For stays in 2021, 50 per cent of the total stay will be charged to your card 89 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival will not be charged; those made 30 days or fewer before arrival will forfeit the deposit. If the cancellation is related to government restrictions around Covid-19, the amount paid can be used as credit towards a future stay within 24 months of cancellation. For stays in 2021, cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival will not be charged; those made 31 to 89 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit; and those made 30 days or fewer before arrival will be charged in full. No-shows or early departures will be charged in full.
