Deposit Policy

Borgo Pignano requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. This applies for stays in from 25 May to 5 October 2024 and is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in rooms, suites and maisonettes from 25 May to 5 October 2024, cancellations made between 30 and 15 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking; those made later will be charged in full. For standalone villas with a pool between these dates, cancellations made between 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 22 March to 24 May 2024 and 6 October to 2 November 2024, cancellations can be made free of charge up to eight days before arrival; those made later will be charged 50% of the total booking for rooms, suites and maisonettes, and 100% of the total booking for standing alone villas with pool, and cancellations of one night stays will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

The Artists’ House is a large (125sq m) stone cottage nestled in an oak and beech copse, just 200m from the main villa. The ground floor has a spacious studio with a wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and bedroom with an antique Napoleonic sleigh bed and a bathroom with large walk-in shower. A flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bath tub and a terrace. There's also a peaceful terrace overlooking the woodlands with outdoor seating for alfresco afternoons.
