Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary requires a further deposit of 20% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A minimum deposit of 20 per cent of the total stay is required within 14 days of the booking. The full balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.

Each has a king-size, four-poster bed, a seating area and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in rain shower. There’s also free WiFi, a minibar, tea and coffee kit, free bottled water, bespoke bath products by Kimrica Hunter and handmade soaps by all-natural Bhutanese brand Mudra.
