Follow a winding path through the resort’s lush foliage, and you’ll come across these luxurious, 200sq m, thatch-roofed suites, set on the east side of the island. In this secluded space, you’ll have your own private, unheated, swimmable pool, with a hot-and-cold-running Jacuzzi and fibre-optic lights for after-dark. And there’s a large furnished wooden deck, pavilion with a swing chair and space for alfresco dining too. Within, there’s tropical-wood-lined pitched ceilings and flooring, and chic modern furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors give a breezy indoor-outdoor feel. There’s a bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV which emerges from an ottoman at the foot of the bed, work desk and a reading nook, and in the lounge, there’s comfy seating, a 55-inch TV with streaming services. A bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and Jacuzzi bath tub, and you’ll have a butler (on call round the clock), small library, mini fridge, tea- and coffee-making kit, air-conditioning and free bottled water. There’s direct access to the beach, and guests get some special extras: free transfers to and from the airport, champagne and a fruit basket on arrival, sundowner cocktails for two on one evening and preferred seating at dinner.
