Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full. Baros requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival will incur a charge in full. For bookings from 23 December 2020 to 10 January 2021, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100 per cent or incur a charge in full.
