Set in a pair of beautifully renovated Grade II-listed buildings, this cosy private hideaway is tucked away behind the manicured hedges of the private garden behind Marine Villa. The sunny private courtyard is arranged for alfresco dining, and has a sail that can cover the entire courtyard so seaside showers won’t rain on your parade. Inside, the open-plan living area has nautical-inspired design, a cosy lounge space with a squishy sofa, a small dining table by the window and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher. There’s a king-size cabin bed in the bedroom, and the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The Cabin also has a smart TV, a Bose sound dock, WiFi and a separate wash house with a washing machine and dryer.

The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and an oak-floored sitting room has a cosy two-seater sofa and a pair armchairs beside the wood-burning stove. The two bedrooms (one has a king-size bed, the other a cabin-style bed that sleeps one adult or two children) share a bathroom with a cast iron bath tub and an overhead rainfall shower. There’s a manicured lawn with a flower-filled seating area and dining table at the front, and a private courtyard at the back. The Cottage can sleep up to three adults or two adults and two children.

This Georgian Grade II-listed house sits by the quay and looks out over the harbour to sea. It has original features throughout and is decorated with elegant antiques, custom-made pieces, and paintings by Cornish artists. Each of the two bedrooms has sea views, a window seat, a super king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom (one has with a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in shower, the other has a bath tub with an overhead rainfall shower). The second bedroom has an adjacent study that can be made up as a child’s room with a cot or bunk bed. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with cosy seating and a wood-burning fireplace, and a oak dining table that seats up to six. The villa also has a private courtyard that wraps from the front of the property around the side.
