Deposit Policy

Another Place requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. To confirm your stay full payment will be charged when booking. The hotel do not accept Amex, cheques or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival (45 days or more for bookings of three or more rooms) will be refunded in full. Those made within 30 days (or within 45 days for bookings of three rooms or more) will not be refunded. Early departures and no-shows will not be refunded. Guests are entitled to a refund if the hotel breaks the booking contract and does not resolve the matter in a timely fashion or if they change the terms to your material disadvantage. Amendments made 30 days or more before arrival (45 days or more for bookings of three or more rooms) will be accommodated, subject to availability. To do so, the person who made the booking must request the change in writing using the original email. The new booking must be within 12 months of the date you originally booked. If the new date is at a time when room rates are lower, the difference in price will be refunded, and if the new booking would be higher in price, the guest must pay the difference.
