Deposit Policy

Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. For stays from 4 May to 31 October 2025 a full non-refundable deposit is due 7 days from arrival. For stays from 1 November to 19 December 2025, a full non-refundable deposit is due 14 days from arrival. For stays from 17 January to 3 May 2025 and 8 January 2026 to 30 April 2026, a full non-refundable deposit is due 21 days from arrival. For stays from 20 December 2025 to 7 January 2026, a full non-refundable deposit is due 60 days from arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 4 May to 31 October 2025 cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 November to 19 December 2025 cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 17 January to 3 May 2025 and 8 January 2026 to 30 April 2026 cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 20 December 2025 to 7 January 2026 cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will be charged in full. For Advance Purchase and Last-minute Escape rates, full prepayment is required and is non-refundable.

The 11 Sala Pool Villas (199sq m) are very similar to the Lagoon Pool Villas except for one important addition – a private sala that extends out over the lagoon. You can relax, practise yoga or organise to have a romantic dinner served here. The villa is decorated in traditional Thai style, with a silk-covered day-bed and sunshine streaming in to the entire area. A full-size pool has been created just a step from the bedroom, alongside an outdoor terrazzo bath. The unique in-pool bath can be adorned with fragrant flowers, candles, beautiful scents from the oil burner and a bowl of tropical fruit at a time of your choosing. You can also partake in the traditional Loy Krathong flower floating ceremony during your stay. Signature breakfast for two at La Sala is included in rates.
