Deposit Policy

Amor Arenal requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Total amount of reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations during High Season (6 Jan - 30 Apr, 1 Jul - 15 Aug, 16 Nov - 19 Dec), cancellations made 60-31 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty; cancellations made 30-15 days prior to arrival will incur a 75% penalty; cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. For reservations during Low Season (01 May - 30 Jun & 16 Aug - 15 Nov), cancellations made 30-15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% penalty; cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty. For reservations during Peak Season (Dec 20 - Jan 5), cancellations made any time after booking up until 91 days days prior to arrival will incur a 25% penalty; cancellations made less than 91 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% penalty.
