Deposit Policy

Ambergris Cay requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays 20 Dec to 3 Jan, 2024, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and balance to be paid 90 days prior to arrival. If booking within 90 days of arrival, 100% of the booking total will be due at the time of confirmation. For the rest of the year, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the booking total will be due at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

For stays 1 May to 19 Dec 2024 & 4 Jan to 19 Dec 2025, cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a penalty of the full booking amount. For stays 20 Dec to 3 Jan, 2024, cancellations within 90 days of arrival will incur a penalty of the full booking amount.
