Deposit Policy

Amanzoe requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For guests staying in the Pavilions off-peak (1 April to 31 May 2022, 1 October to 14 November 2022, 1 April to 14 June 2023 and 1 September to 30 November 2023) a credit card is required to secure the booking and full payment will be charged 15 days before arrival. For Pavilion stays in peak season (1 June to 30 September 2022 and 15 June to 31 August 2023) a deposit of 50 per cent of the total stay is required when booking; full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival. For off-peak stays in Villas (1 April to 31 May 2022, 1 October to 14 November 2022, 1 April to 14 June 2023 and 1 September to 30 November 2023) a non-refundable deposit of 20 per cent of the total stay is required when booking; the full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival. For peak-season stays in Villas (1 June to 30 September 2022 and 15 June to 31 August 2023) a non-refundable deposit of 25 per cent of the total stay will be charged when booking a second non-refundable deposit of 25 per cent of the stay must be paid 60 days before arrival and the full payment will be charged 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For off-peak stays in Pavilions (1 April to 31 May 2022, 1 October to 14 November 2022, 1 April to 14 June 2023 and 1 September to 30 November 2023) cancellations made three to 15 days before arrival will be charged for 50 per cent of the stay plus tax; those made within three days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged in full plus tax. For peak-season stays in Pavilions (1 June to 30 September 2022 and 15 June to 31 August 2023) cancellations made 15 to 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50 per cent of the stay plus tax; those made within 15 days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged in full plus tax. For off-peak stays in Villas (1 April to 31 May 2022, 1 October to 14 November 2022, 1 April to 14 June 2023 and 1 September to 30 November 2023) cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival forfeit the 20 per cent deposit; those made within 30 days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged in full. For peak-season stays in Villas (1 June to 30 September 2022 and 15 June to 31 August 2023) cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival will forfeit the first 25 per cent deposit; those made 30 to 60 days before arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit; and cancellations made within 30 days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged in full.
