Deposit Policy

Amanoi requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. This applies to peak season (27 April to 5 May 2020, 1 to 9 October 2020, 7 to 16 February 2021, 2 to 5 April 2021, 27 April to 5 May 2021, 1 to 9 October 2021 and 28 January to 6 February 2022) and festive season (23 December 2020 to 3 January 2021 and 23 December 2021 to 3 January 2022) stays, with the balance taken 30 days before arrival in peak season, and 60 days before arrival in festive season. For stays at all other times, no immediate deposit is due, but the balance will be taken by the hotel 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Peak season stays (15 - 21 February; 29 March - 2 April; 27 April - 6 May; 1 - 09 October) can be cancelled for free up to 30 days before expected arrival; cancellations made within 30 days, no shows and early departures will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit. For stays between 23 December 2018 and 3 January 2019, cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, early departures and no shows will be charged in full. At all other times of year, cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, early departures and no shows will be charged for two nights of reservation, plus tax.
