Deposit Policy

Amankila requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For off-peak stays from 1 April 2022 to 31 May 2022, a credit card is required to secure the booking. For stays in peak season (1 July to 30 September 2022, 21 to 28 January 2023, 6 to 13 April 2023, 29 April 2023 to 6 May 2023, 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023, 9 to 16 February 2024 and 28 to 31 March 2024), 50 per cent of the total stay must be paid when booking and the remainder must be paid 30 days before arrival. For stays over the festive season (22 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 and 22 December 2023 to 4 January 2024), 50 per cent of the total stay must be paid when booking and the remainder must be paid 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For off-peak stays from 1 April 2022 cancellations made within seven days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged for two nights plus tax. For stays in peak season (1 July to 30 September 2022, 21 to 28 January 2023, 6 to 13 April 2023, 29 April 2023 to 6 May 2023, 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023, 9 to 16 February 2024 and 28 to 31 March 2024), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged for two nights plus tax. For stays over the festive season (22 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 and 22 December 2023 to 4 January 2024) cancellations made within 45 days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged for two nights plus tax.
