For stays during peak season (1 July to 30 September 2023, 9 to 16 February 2024, 28 March to 4 April 2024, 29 April to 6 May 2024, 1 to 31 July 2024, 1 to 30 September 2024 and 28 January to 4 February 2025), a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. For stays during festive season (22 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, 1 to 31 August 2024 and 22 December 2024 to 5 January 2025), a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival. At all other times, a credit card is required to guarantee the booking, and full prepayment is due 14 days before arrival.

For stays during festive season (22 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, 1 to 31 August 2024 and 22 December 2024 to 5 January 2025), cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged for two nights (plus tax).
