Deposit Policy

For stays in peak season (21 to 28 January 2023, 6 to 13 April 2023, 29 April to 14 July 2023, 1 September to 31 October 2023, 9 to 16 February 2024, 28 to 31 March 2024), a deposit of 50 per cent of the total stay will be taken at booking; the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. For stays over the festive season (15 July 2023 to 31 August 2023 and 22 December 2023 to 5 January 2024), a deposit of 50 per cent of the total stay will be taken at booking; the remaining balance must be paid 45 days before arrival. At all other times a credit card is required to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (21 to 28 January 2023, 6 to 13 April 2023, 29 April to 14 July 2023, 1 September to 31 October 2023, 9 to 16 February 2024, 28 to 31 March 2024) cancellations made within 30 days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged for two nights of the stay plus tax. For stays over the festive season (15 July 2023 to 31 August 2023 and 22 December 2023 to 5 January 2024) cancellations made within 45 days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged in full plus tax. At all other times cancellations made within seven days of arrival early departures and no-shows will be charged for two nights of the stay plus tax.

Dalem Jiwo Suite

A retreat set within a discreet enclosure complete with a private entrance. It is comprised of a classically styled rotunda and surrounding terrace, two separately walled bedrooms (each with stone steps descending to the suite’s private swimming pool), two lounging bales or pavilions, an indoor shower and an open-air bathtub with a shower at the rear of the suite. The 15m-long infinity pool, finished in a green Javanese stone known as hijau danau, is set into the rice fields. The Dalem Jiwo personal butler, always on call, has separate quarters within the enclosure.
