Deposit Policy

Amanera requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during non peak season, the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival For stays during peak season, (1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024, 16 November to 18 December 2024, 1 January 2025 to 30 April 2025, 16 November 2025 to 18 December 2025) the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival For stays during the festive season (19 to 31 December 2024 and 19 to 31 December 2025) the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy

For stays during non peak season cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit. For stays during peak season (1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024, 16 November to 18 December 2024, 1 January 2025 to 30 April 2025, 16 November to 18 December 2025) cancellations made within 31 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit. For stays during festive season (19 to 31 December 2024 and 19 to 31 December 2025) cancellations made within 91 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit.
