Amanera requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during non peak season (30 May 2022 to 31 October 2022 and 29 May 2023 to 19 August 2023) this is due 14 days before arrival For stays during peak season (01 January 2022 to 29 May 2022, 1 November 2022 to 14 December 2022, 1 January 2023 to 28 May 2023, 17 November 2023 to 13 December 2023 and 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2024) this is due 30 days before arrival For stays during festive season (15-31 December 2022 and 14-31 Decembr 2023) this is due 90 days before arrival
For stays during non peak season (30 May 2022 to 31 October 2022 and 29 May 2023 to 19 August 2023) cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit. For stays during peak season (01 January 2022 to 29 May 2022, 1 November 2022 to 14 December 2022, 1 January 2023 to 28 May 2023, 17 November 2023 to 13 December 2023 and 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2024) cancellations made within 31 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit. For stays during festive season (15-31 December 2022 and 14-31 December 2023) cancellations made within 91 days of arrival will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit.
