Cancellation Policy

For stays in low season (28 May to 13 July 2023, 27 November to 22 December 2023, 8 January to 7 February 2024, 7 May to 12 July 2024 and 1 to 20 December 2024) cancellations made up to two days before arrival (by 3pm local time) will not be charged; those made later will incur a charge of one night plus tax. For stays in peak season (7 to 15 April 2023, 29 April to 6 May 2023, 11 to 20 August 2023, 23 December 2023 to 3 January 2024, 29 March to 6 April 2024, 27 April to 6 May 2024, 10 to 18 August 2024 and 21 to 31 December 2024), cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival (by 3pm local time) will not be charged; those made later will be charged in full. At all other times, cancellations made up to seven days before arrival (by 3pm local time) will not be charged; those made later will be charged for one night plus tax. Year-round no-shows will be charged in full.
