Deposit Policy

For stays in peak season (23 to 31 December 2020, 1 to 3 January 2021, 27 March to 18 April 2021, 29 April to 4 May 2021, 6 to 15 August 2021, and 24 to 31 December 2021), full payment is required 14 days before arrival. For stays during the Tokyo Olympics (22 July to 8 August 2021), full payment is required 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

During low season (29 November to 17 December 2020, 4 January to 10 February 2021, 24 February to 26 March 2021, 23 May to 16 July 2021, and 28 November to 16 December 2021), cancellations must be made two or more days before arrival (by 3pm local time) to avoid a charge of one night plus tax. During peak season (29 April to 4 May 2020, 9 to 15 August 2020, 23 to 31 December 2020, 1 to 3 January 2021, 27 March to 18 April 2021, 29 April to 4 May 2021, 6 to 15 August 2021, and 24 to 31 December 2021), cancellations, must be made 14 days or more before arrival (by 3pm local time) to avoid being charged in full plus tax (this applies to no-shows and early departures too). For stays during the Tokyo Olympics (22 July to 8 August 2021), cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will not be charged, those made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all other times in the year, cancellations must be made seven or more days before arrival (by 3pm local time) to avoid a charge of one night plus tax.
