These 72sq m suites are clustered around the hotel’s peaceful courtyards, with stylish but cosy living areas (picture lots of toffee-coloured wood and white) and spacious bathrooms. Each suite is decorated with traditional Chinese materials and fabrics, honouring the hotel’s setting. The bathroom, separated from the bedroom by a partition, has twin sinks, a rain shower and a freestanding bath tub (plus toasty under-floor heating). There are 19 of these rooms, all on the ground floor; each one has a king-size bed, courtyard views, a TV, desk and minibar. Free WiFi is included.
