Deposit Policy

Amanbagh requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays during peak season (1 October to 20 December 2023, 8 January to 31 March 2024, 1 October to 20 December 2024 and 8 January to 31 March 2025), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. For stays during festive season (21 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 and 21 December 2024 to 7 January 2025), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days before arrival. For stays during non-peak season (1 April to 31 May 2023, 1 August to 30 September 2023, 1 April to 31 May 2024 and 1 August to 30 September 2024), a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (1 October to 20 December 2023, 8 January to 31 March 2024, 1 October to 20 December 2024 and 8 January to 31 March 2025), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during festive season (21 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 and 21 December 2024 to 7 January 2025), cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during non-peak season (1 April to 31 May 2023, 1 August to 30 September 2023, 1 April to 31 May 2024 and 1 August to 30 September 2024), cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

The eight Garden suites each feature an airy living space with a day-bed, two armchairs, a writing desk, personal bar and sound system. The adjacent bedroom houses a king size bed below an impressive domed ceiling. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, marble fittings and is filled with light from the large windows that face a private courtyard when you will find a pair of sun loungers and a dining area. Each room also has its own private balcony that overlooks the rolling lawns of the hotel’s manicured gardens.

Each of the eight Terrace Haveli Suites is accessed via a private staircase that leads up to a terraced courtyard complete with dining area and sunloungers. Inside, the living area is furnished with a day-bed, a pair of armchairs, writing desk, sound system and personal bar. The king-size bedroom is separated from the living space by dramatic columns, and features large glass doors that open on to a covered balcony. The light-filled bathroom contains a bath tub and separate dressing room.

Sixteen Pool Pavilions are located around the perimeter of the resort, each with its own private swimming pool and spacious garden. Entry to each Pavilion is via a garden courtyard that leads to a foyer passageway. The foyer provides access to the shared living area and bedroom on one side, and to the bathroom on the other. The living area features a king-size bed, writing desk, daybed and armchairs. The bathroom includes a spacious dressing area, twin walk-in wardrobes, twin vanities, separate shower and toilet. The double doors open from both sides onto a spacious garden courtyard with a covered dining and lounge area. The private swimming pool, measuring 3m by 9m, is cool throughout the summer months and heated during the winter months
